i had to move my appt for my othopedist from late last month to this month....now it's on the 18th....i tried to do a leg workout yesterday and even tried to take it slow and steady...still didnt work although just now with my duncey butt i am getting that i shouldn't be doing lunes or the lying leg press and maybe it wouldn't hurt....maybe i should stick to leg extensions and hamstring lifts....inner and outer abductor/aductor machines....calf raises...the general stuff...i know i wont be able to hit it hard but maybe that could help....i am also goingto drill as nicely as possible into my doc that my lifestyle isn't sedentary and that while it is the opposite problem for me out of the 300 million american to get them off the couch as it is for me to be ON the couch to recoop....

this is still to be continued but thought i would update....

ps. i still envy anyone who can move freely painfree...never take advantage of that!....or i'll come and beat you up! lol:)

what works for me is a switch of preference and perspective...
You are hurting.. you need rest - however... on the couch you can feel like you are doing something like
a) resting and repairing - am essential ingredient to success of any endeavor
b) do 10 tight butt squeezs every commercial break on dr phil and oprah
c) 10 belly buttin spine pulls every ellen and bonnie hunt commercial break
