I finally took the plunge and committed to do a competition. The show is October 10th in San Francisco. I am currently at 125 lbs and about 22% body fat (guestimate) I know that I need to be down to about 112 lbs and 11-13% body fat.. lots of work ahead!! I decided to start blogging my daily training and issues so that I have something to look back on and track my successes and find what worked and didn't work for me. If anyone has any tips or thoughts, please feel free to speak up!!
