I had wanted to begin my journey toward the competition on the 1st of July, however I had a few setbacks that stalled my plan, but I'm hoping to get started full force by Monday. Since I spend 4 days a week as a manager and Trainer of a gym, here is what has been suggested thus far.

My concern is being able to follow this at the right times.. My Job can be very unpredictable and I never know what to expect aside from my scheduled Clients. Going to do my best though.. Working thru some nutrition changes too.. adding additional protien to my diet and lots of vegies. I already carry a lot of muscle so I guess intitally this is a cutting process and then I'll be lifting more days a week in a bit. Again if anyone has any tips or suggestions please feel free to add them. My best friend has done several competitions and she is doing this one with me as well and so we do have some experience to fall back on. I'm open to what has worked for everyone else so I can see if I can adapt it into my own situation.

Peace,

Lisa
