BuffMother! 3rd Day of Tennis in a Row

I feel like I missed Monday last week~ It felt good to have a real Monday this week!

The kids are at VBS this morning~ FUN!! But it's going to be over too soon! Just one more hour of freedom, lol!!

The weather here is a bit thunderstormish- my planned workout is to do intervals- running would be optimal, but I'll have to play that by ear.

Mike Toney P90X

I started the x program on thursday. doing the 50p/30c/20f diet. Some of the moves are very difficult due to my left elbow going through an hyperextenstion break when I was a kid and not having full movement. I was just plain nauseous after yoga x but thought the leg workout wasn't all that hard. I think the core and ab exercises are the hardest for me though. I noticed since I got the ratios on the diet right I don't have the craveings I used to but it is hard for me to get my calories to the r… Continue

Ms. Peace Working Hard ...

Today I completed my Pure Cardio Insanity workout. 10 minutes of Abs and a 30 minute high rep total-body conditioning workout. WHEW!!! Im luving it. On the weekends is when I can work out the longest and hardest so I got it in this weekend!! YAY ME!! I am logging my food into Fit Day. Fit Day helps me keep track of my caloric intake.
