My Plug:: currently not working

My BodyPROUD Story: my journey started towards body building and still is a part of me but ive realised things take time to make their mark and learned how to take everything i have gone through and channel it into the gym i now am surrently waiting for my flight for april and plan to make a really big mark

My Facts 'n Stats:: ok so here is new facts summer of 09 i was 220 lbs at 5'7 1/2 at 21% bf i got in the gym and i am now 170 lbs at about 12% and i got back from california with the contract signed going to prime up for a couple of months and see where this journey takes me

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: i believe anything is possible if you apply yourself 8x more then 150% and know what you want and when you get what you want dont take it for granted take it and run with it

Life Advice that Helped Me:: never give up and realise no matter what anyone says you are great and you can do anything if you set you mind to it

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: never enter the gym with you head full always go in like you can and will do anything possible and impossible because nothing is impossible

Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:: im grateful for everyone who has supported me and challenged me

I got second in both my categories so its pretty sweet. Was told I'm a natural haha. I thought about getting into modeling, but nothing really ever came of it. Are you on facebook? Add me up

My niece & I were very close and it took about 3 years to be able to go on. The problem was that the person in another vehicle speeded up on the driver in a passing zone, then wouldn't let him over by slowing down when he slowed down. That driver was charged with NOTHING! I have absolutely no good for the cops in this area any more. I think that was the problem, no justice. I don't think the word has meaning anymore. Thanks again. By the way, good luck with your goals and competing. You can do it! John
