Status cover model contest

Hello all bodyproud members it's been awhile since iv last updated a lot has happend in the last year. I have just been chosen to be a finalist in the status fitness magazine cover contest. 50 percent of my ark is going to be on votes you just need to go to the status fitness magazine cover contest on face book lie there page and like my photo Trish Barchuk . timing of fats

im confused when i should consume my healthy fats, i work out after my breakfast the only fat i consume before my work out is my whole egg that i put into my egg whites,my post work out shake is skim milk frozen fruit , bananna and whey protien powder, im not sure if i should be adding udo's oil into my shake or if it is best to wait until my lunch to consume it? any suggestions

My BodyPROUD Story
I have always loved fitness but always sports that where more individual. such as mt.biking ,hiking, running,yoga, swimming.These are the things that kept me fit, but i always admired the physiques of bodybuilders.I never wanted to look like a body builder and it was'nt until i started reading oxygen
magazine that i started to see the pysiques of figure competitiors .thats when i said this is what i want and 6months later i entered my first competition in 2005 and 2006 took 5th place in both shows .took 3 years off but never stopped training hard and learning as much as i could in bodybuilding and the lifestyle,i love it so much that i have taken my personal training coarse and want to share what i can with others who want o live a healthy fit life.
i just competed again after 3 years in the wbff and was very proud for getting back on stage and seeing the change in my body from the first show was remakable .now i have the bug again an i am planning on doing another two shows in the next 12 months.
My bodyPROUD Goals:
just finished competing in the wbff and on my way to another 6 hard month of training

Having the courage to follow my dream of being a figure competitior.
My bodyPROUD Intentions:
Increase My Strength, Keep Me Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete

will the pain ever end

Some days i wake up wondering if all this training is doing my body good.im always soar ,i can live with the muscle pain .its just all the other things i pull along with it .trying to build muscle is difficult you need to push your self all the time in order to grow and along with that i will pull my traps,so i can barly turn my head or my forearms are always tight and that makes my day job difficult ,my posture is horriable because my back is always tight so i have a severe postierer tilt ,i… Continue

If you're eating enough of the right fruits/veggies then it won't be needed, but not everyone can do that. I noticed within a week that I slept better, it balanced my body by getting rid of all the toxins, I have faster recovery after workouts and more energy. Plus, I had been battling an injury for a year and it wasn't getting better. After 3 months of drinking it my injury was gone and the Dr's were shocked.
It won't effect everyone the same way as me, but it works for me. I don't have time to eat 9 different fruits a day, I can barely get in the 6 meals, so this works best for me.
