- I am a fussy eater. I try to eat an organic diet whenever possible. Apart from sweetened condensed milk. I loovve sweetened condensed milk :)
- Please Help ME with:
- Weight training and swimming.
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- I eat 5 small meals a day with protein shakes 3 times a day. I have a fast metabolism so I have to keep eating all day. Yes I wash it down with sweetened condensed milk.
I train 2 times a day 5 times a week in the pool. Evening session of three of those days are spent in the gym. I lift heavy to enhance my peak anaerobic strength.
In the pool, I train at high pace but at shorter lengths because most competitions last for less than 2 minutes. I try to attune my body to reach peak performance in the 2 minutes. I don't believe high volume swim training has much benefits. Short intense training has better benefits.
