Profile Information

My Plug:: Personal Trainer

My BodyPROUD Story: I have been an Athlete my whole life. My life was all about soccer. I was playing as a professional soccer player till I injured myself. During my soccer training, I was always into lifting weights and being in top shape. My area of concentration is ABS. I have my own Abs program that I have used to get ripped. I am currently in the process of documenting my ABS program and will be sharing it with all you guys once I have it complete.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Height: 6'0
Weight: 190 lbs
Body Fat %: 4%

My bodyPROUD Goals:: After registering in the wrong category in my first fame competition, I have started to work out even harder and I'm currently on the road to attain an 8 pack. My body fat percentage is dropping as well. I am looking forward to coming down to 2.7% body fat in my next competition.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Go drug free or go home.

My Transformation Triumphs!: Soon to come! That moment will be when I land the cover on a fitness magazine.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: 1 year.

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Never give up. Always prefer the drug free solution as it is better for you in the long run.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: You have to have a goal in my mind and be able to control your inner hunger. Cut all sugers and big carbs.
