Hi,

From the look of your shoulders on the photo you have great potential for development more than those who don't. I would suggest eating 4-5 meals a day in addition to protein shakes. If you like to tke weight gainer you can.

Lift Heavy to start your sets and diminish to lighter as you go.
Changes will really be noticible after at least 12 months of training 4-5 days a week.
