My BodyPROUD Story: I want to move to Miami after i serve two years in the army and be a personal trainer and adopt a daughter. I bileve in Karma.

My Facts 'n Stats:: My name is Shayn Burgess, im 17 and I come from a crappy family so im going to be the one to break the cycle and make much much better for myself, goodluck to everyone!

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: no, the most ive lost was 27 pounds, i was very proud of myself.

My Transformation Triumphs!: Im entering in this years FAME comp in Miami NOV 6th

Life Advice that Helped Me:: Rely on yourself and find music that will help take the load off, Jazz, Hip hop.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: That no ones going to pick you up when your down, you only have yourself to rely on and get you going, so you must learn to love and be strong.

Please Help ME with:: I was intrduced when i was 14, got serious when i was 16 and then hit a wall of depressions, im am just now getting back up and lookin to put all this crap behind me and live umong the fitness competiters!
