My BodyPROUD Story: Growing up with a strong dance background, fitness became an important part of my life. Until I gave birth to my daughter in april 2009. Shortly after that I decided to compete in my first show in 2010!

My Facts 'n Stats:: I love living an active lifestyle. I have never been one to sit still for too long. Some of the things I love doing are hiking, working out, swimming, kickboxing, dancing, painting

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Mind, body and spirit are all connected. When one of them are off it just doen't feel right. Think positivley, bring love into your life, and keep an active healthy lifestyle.

My Transformation Triumphs!: Giving birth to my daughter!
