- well i think that you have to be dedicated and always know that you have a set goal to achieve push till you cant go anymore than push some more you have to dig deep to reacj those goals nothing comes easy!
- Please Help ME with:
- getting cut losing that last bit of fat
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- lean meat and veggies eating every 3 hours in small portions workout every day 90mn,cardio 30 mn high intensity to reach my anaerobic goals then weights to the max always concentrating on one or two body parts and always changing up so my body dosent get use to what im doing
