Looking for a trainer in the hartford, ct area. Single mom, 35, strong, healthy and physically fit. Would like to compete in FAME and don't know how to get there. Workout 5 days a week, cardio and weight training. Have looked on my own and I am getting frustrated. Can anyone in the hartford area help? Thanks!

I am a single mom in the hartford area. I would love to compete and am looking for a training partner or trainer in the hartford, ct area. I have tried looking on my own but am getting frustrated!!! I am physically fit, strong and healthy but don't know how to go about getting to the next level. Can anyone in CT give me some pointers?
