It is nothing short of an honor to work with so many athletes. I use that word, 'athlete' in every sense of its meaning. The dedication and commitment to improving one's body is really a mind-over-matter commitment. The body can only do in most cases what the mind says, and lets face, there are times when that is not an easy task. I applaud each and everyone of you, and have a profound respect for your personal achievements.

In my more than 25 years of training there have been setbacks, and a few serious injuries, but I love it as much now as I did when I bought my first set of weights. The benefits of a clean diet and training have allowed me to participate at my very best levels in martial arts, extreme sports and a host of other athletic events, but most importantly, the ability to maintain a healthy life.

Thanks to all for being committed to FAME and being Body Proud!!

I wish everyone great success! You are all FAME-TASTIC !!!
