if not already insanity work out is by far the best work out yet. youtube it. the soliders and i do it 4 times a week after our 4 mile

- My BodyPROUD Story
- Im in the US Army soon to be playing for their soccer team. I am a body freak and train everyday. In the army i wear around 50 pounds everyday in my ACUs even when its 110 out. being in 82nd FSC ariborn they push you through blood sweat and tears. If you know the army then you know 82nd airborn is home of the hardest training soliders out there. we are first in to fight all the way.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- One of my most proud moments was making in through basic and being at the top.

- Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Feel Better about Myself, Become an Athlete
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Never give up and always remember the body can take 10 times more pain when u feel u cant go on

- i am grateful for a lot of things. mostly my mother who is now past and all my sisters. also my baby who is there to keep me going everyday, My x who taught me to never give up as my mother did
