- Ive been training for 2yrs on and off Ive recently gone back to the gym after 8 months off. I love training and I want to continue to build lean muscle. I eventualy want to compete in FAME, Im sure I will be ready by 2011 so look out!!

- I have always looked at frank zane as someone who has a very balanced physique. if I could acheieve his muscle seperation and size then i would be happy. Also I find women who work hard to aquire a certain look, eg- figure, bodybuilding, etc to be very inspiring.

jamie barnard said… - Hi john, 1st of all great body mate. Yes my best advice would be, make sure you keep training with good form and crack on with your pt course ASAP. As for modelling keep an eye out for Fitness Photographers etc and keep looking like you do now. Good luck dude.
