I Am Looking for Advice On:

Since getting my first job at a gym when I was 15, I have always loved everything about fitness - the look, the feel, the commitment to clean eating and tough training. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years in various capacities and recently embarked on figure competition and fitness modeling in the past 2 years, when my post-college years demanded new goals in health and fitness. I took an active role in seeking out nutrition information, reading any biochemistry articles I could get my hands on-- I am now pursing my masters in Clinical Nutrition. I realize now that no matter how much one exercises, clean, sound nutrition is the only way to change the shape of the body. Cardio will get you smaller or larger, but only with weight-training and clean eats, can you truly transform your body and your mind. :-)
