angel, i use to work 85 hrs a week, until my diabetes no longer permitted this. it is def. no way to live!!!!!! your body gives out. it needs recovery that it never gets, no time for exercise either, which it also needs.

uggghhh...why is it when you ask your dr. about lifting weights/etc. they say silly 1950's comments like.....muscles are for boys, you're too pretty to look that way.....I AM BY NO MEANS A WOMENS RIGHTS ACTIVIST..........but gimme a break! lol and my dr looked at me cross eyed when i mentioned bee pollen/ eating clean.....you'd think with all the fat ass people in this world they'd eat that stuff up........IGNORANCE!!!!!
