Hello Hotan,

I did gymnastics and worked on my flexibility as a child spending hours on side split and front split watching tv, drawing or studying on the grownd with boods also with help of someone to seat on me or push me down without bouncing, allways mantaining the pose an progresively stretching with long breaths as you exhale you strets a bit more. Also the system of puching against resistance for 6 minutes and stretching for for 30 you will improve your stretch and hold....lots of time every day at least 30m minutes breachs and 1 hour
