You mentioned you are looking for advice on dieting. The word diet has gotten such a bad rep! To eat, we must simply learn how to eat better, and we need to eat every 2-3 hours. Have you ever looked into BeachBody.com? They have an online club where you can find a personal meal planner, and their recipes are very healthy. Also, each fitness program that they offer comes with a great nutrition plan so that you can lose weight effectively AND tone up at the same time.
