- My BodyPROUD Story
- i have always been involved in fitness in one way or another. i danced for 25 years and have always had a competivitve nature i guess you could say (more or less with myself than others) i always expect more of myself and try to challenge myself to be better. my boyfriend is a bodybuilder and has motivated me in many ways. last summer while he was competing i befriended two amazing people (crystal green & amy rozier) who have motivated me to put myself to the next test..... competition. though i'd eventually like to try figure im starting off with bikini competition. my first attempt will be in a small show in april (if all goes as planned) and my bigger show to follow in june. my biggest dream to accomplish as of right now would be to get into good enough shape to compete in a fame show and to hopefully get to participate in the npc junior nationals...... i would love to one day try my hand at modeling......

- im a personal trainer, paramedic, mom, girlfriend and many other things!
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- i had surgery 2 days ago to correct an umbilical hernia... i took the bandages off of my belly last night and cried.... its very swollen and almost seems disfigurd.... very discouraging. especially since my posing suit came in yesterday.... im hoping this all heals properly and i can get back on track.... very very nervous! still cant get up and around a whole lot for myself..... fingers crossed

- the harder you train the more you will gain!!
you will never succeed if you are afraid of failure!
if it dont hurt then it dont work!
you hear that voice, its your body telling you to stop, tell it to be quiet, now do work!
