- Natural, natural, natutal - the journey to the competition stage, is a test for your physical and emotional limits. Giving way to fear, and looking for a quick fix, muddies the journey and greater reward of stronger sense of self is lost.

- My diet, I leave in the capable hands of my wife, Julie - a nutritionist.
My training is all about intensity and consistency. Each obstacle overcome in the gy brings you one step closer to your goal. I primarily train with a few dedicated individuals, mainly Rob Stevenson.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- For all my Family & friends that have supported me during my neumerous fitness journeys as well as all the woderful people i am honoured to interact with every day.
- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
- 12 years ago, sidelined with an injury, I found myself overweight and out of shape. Mentally beaten and strugging to stay positive, I attended a local seminar sponsored by a local nutrition store. This was THE moment, the PINNACLE moment of my life, that changed everything. Bill Phillip's Body For Life, challenged me to take control of my body and my life. The rest is history!!!
