thank you for your kind comments, even if i had the physique worthy of displaying it in a sequin clad bikini i wouldnt, its not a critasism of those that do but my courage would never reach that far.

Profile Information

My Plug:: i have an ordinary job as a full time nurse on a busy unit, which i absolutely love

My Transformation Triumphs!: getting my daughter to come to the gym...the next will be getting her to pick up free weights!!!!!

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Feel Better about Myself, Sculpt My Physique

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: i want to transform my physique, to be toned, have more definition and 6 pick abs. to increase all the weights im currently lifting by at least 5kg and i reckon by the end of the year is a decent time frame

Please Help ME with:: all aspects of training and nutrition. i dont want to compete in any comps/shows but i want to achieve that standard of physique. I have only been serious weight training for 6-7 months, im learning to be patient which is proving difficult!!! im finding it very much a trial and error with diet and training. my current goal is to keep lifting heavier weights, to have abs definition and toned muscular legs...not much to ask :)
