- My BodyPROUD Story
- Fitness is my life, no really, lol! I have a degree in Kinesiology, started my own business (Physikinaction) after my first FAME show. I have 3 wonderful children who tell me to workout all the time, lol! What they don't realize is that I do train all the time. I have a few in gym clients, some at other gyms and some who perfer training at home, makes my life a little more interesting! I coach skiing at the local high school in a sport-études program. 35 awesome teens, which are coming to cheer me on at the up coming show. I coach my son's hockey team, that's awesome!!! My kids are involved in many activities, mainly due to me. My daughter is in Sport-Études horse back riding and competes in ATV races. My son is a snowboarder, mountain biker and motocross racer. The wee one, he does hockey and soccer, but really enjoys coming to my belly dancing and salsa classes.

- My name is Catherine. I'm 36 years old. Born and raised in Knowlton, Quebec, Canada (Eastern Townships)
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- Competed for the first time in 2005. Didn't have a clue what I was doing, but met alot of cool people and made lots of friends. Many companies have mean competitors (bitching) and at FAME it was the total opposite, loved it! Seems to be a nice progression from level to level. The best part... When registering the staff kindly puts you in the right category (where you belong) depending on your body type... That's so cool.

- Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Sculpt My Physique, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- Goals, lol! To get my PRO card, lol! Come on what kind of a question is this, hehe! Yes, I am this full of energy. By the way I already put in a 2 hour workout, 4 clients and only had 2 cups of coffee this morning, lol!
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Get help and support from many, many people.
- Please Help ME with:
- Hmmmmm! I was a drivers ed. instructor for 6 years, in which I conceived 2 kids. Ahhhhhhh! Sitting in a car for 10 hours a day for six years will give a chick a great case of the secretary spread. I smoked a pack a day. Drank at least 12 cups of coffee and ate at dunkin dunuts everyday. Well I needed to change that or else feel bad for the rest of my life. I decide to take control over my life. Went back to school to get my degree and taddah, here I am!!! Feeling great and helping others achieve the same.
