My BodyPROUD Story: I am a Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor from Bel Air. I bring a unique style of training to all my clients-'Intuitive training'. I believe that working on the physical appearance takes dedication and commitment-working on the inside is equally important. It's extremely important to love yourself on the inside-the outter will then follow. Positive Energy & Attitude is everything!

My bodyPROUD Goals:: WOW! So after speaking with the wonderful & inspiring Mindy I have decided no to wait till November to step on stage-but give it a try in...um....8 days!!! Atlantic City-HERE I COME! I am looking forward to the experience of it all & can't wait to meet some new people that share the same goal.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: BE YOURSELF! You can acheive anything-just go for it. You only live once...if you live it right, once should be enough.

My Transformation Triumphs!: I am so proud on how many people I help & inspire. Helping others; helps you.

I step on stage Aug. 29th in Atlantic City & November 6-7th in Florida.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Attain Proper Symmetry, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Magazines, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: 7 days out till Atlantic City...No pressure, right?! ;-)
