Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: I've been working out since a was 19-20 yrs old, I love to see and feel my body take shape and I'm addicted to the burn after a good workout. I am also a yoga and bellydance teacher. But my greatest challenge has been trying to get back in shape after having a baby. My baby is now 6 months old. My goal is to be competition ready for July 2010, i have never done something like that but its' what i want to accomplish in a years time.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Health wise whatever I do, I do it for myself, but I also like being an example to others.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Be an Inspiration to Others, Magazines, Sponsorship

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: I am giving myself a year.

Please Help ME with:: How often should i train? How often with a trainer? Supplements(remember i just had a baby)?
