My BodyPROUD Story: I was a smoker and also extremely unfit one night after being mugged and unabe to fend and defend my self I decided I could not live like that any longer I now play soccer twice every week and recently bought myself some home gyming equipment as I also wish to build muscle.

My Facts 'n Stats:: I am a fitness fanatic a Law Student and always full of energy.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Feel Better about Myself, Attain Proper Symmetry

I learned about bodyPROUD.org from:: Randomly and was quite keen to see what is happening.
