Please Help ME with:: LOOKING FOR A FEMALE TRAINER in AUSTIN, TEXAS area- I am planning to compete in bikini and fitness model competitions in spring and summer 2010. I need the most help with stage presentation/ posing/ walking; and advice on a training program and nutrition plan.

Thats something I plan on doing in the future after I get more experience on the stage. I do however train girls as far their diet and physique goes. You look fantastic, you will do great, stage presence will come naturally. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have.
