Profile Information
- My Plug:
- Build and run fitness facilities. Certified fitness professional. Teach, train, and instruct individuals how to reach their fitness goals. Coordinate fitness related morale boosting events and activities to relieve stress, build and maintain health.
- My BodyPROUD Story
- I am a Fitness Manager/Personal Trainer, I am also a former Marine. I work in overseas contracting and right now I work and live in Kuwait. I manage two gyms and an aerobics center on a military installation. I work in the Morale Welfare and Recreation Department! I have also built and ran gyms in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Within these facilities we coordinate ongoing fitness events and run scheduled events throughout the month. My facilities are open 24/7 and there is always work to be done.
- My bodyPROUD Goals:
- I am looking to open a gym in Houston, train for and compete in my first ever Bodybuilding Show. I am here to network and meet new individuals who can help me reach these goals.
- My AHA Life Defining Moments:
- We are the true MASTERS OF OUR OWN DESTINY! Shoot for the stars and if you miss atleast you will land on the moon.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- Becoming a MARINE!!! My most proud moment thus far while operating in an overseas contract environment has been hosting my first Bodybuilding Show. I just recently Managed/Hosted and Co-Sponsored with the US Army the first ever Military Bodybuilding Show on Camp Buehring (Udari Air Base) Kuwait. It was a huge success!!! This base has been here for over four years and has never had a bodybuilding show hosted here. Not to mention I had never hosted one until the one that just past May 24, 2009.
On the other hand every day is a proud moment for me. Being able to touch the lives of the US Military along with NATO coalition forces on a regular basis and boost the morale of those who fight to keep America free.

- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Gain More Flexibility, Increase My Strength, Keep Me Young, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Be an Inspiration to Others, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- These are lifelong goals. I look to begin reaching them within the next year and continue to do so for a lifetime.
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- Life is all about opportunity and taking chances! There is no luck! God creates avenues in our life that allow us to have great opportunituies. When those opportunities present themselves we must take the chances to get the outcome that we seek. Along with taking those chances you must be willing to do what it takes to get there.
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- Place God first and do your best to always remain focused, healthy and fit. Life is too short to go through it not loving yourself, the way you look, and the way you feel.
- Please Help ME with:
- Any and everythinig that there is. I am a sponge so give me something to soak up!
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- I am now up to eating four to six meals a day and a five day a week workout routine. Amazingly enough I am even doing cardio four days a week now...
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- God! My family and the ability to dictate the outcome of my life. I am grateful for God allowing me to be in control.

- My hero is my cousin! He has truly taken himself, his family, his business and his lifestyle to a different level. I am proud of him for that!
