- as of now im in the Navy, ive been training since i was 12yrs old, ive done power lifting, strongman, MMA, and now i want to go as for as i can with bodybuilding, it fits me.

- dont let anything or anyone stop you, kick their ass if they try.

- eat big get big, eat clean look good, bottom line you are what you eat.
