- Ive always been into fitness sailing when i was a teenager, then dancing , and at 30 went into lifeguarding for 5 years , now working as a fitness professional and training to be a personal trainer , presently also a bodyproud athelete ,im looking forward to competeing in this years world championship tour entering for fitness model , my dream is to become a well known fitness model and help people to achieve their goals I am BodyProud and Proud of it ! spread the fitness a way of life !

meal5 protein lean meat eg chicken breast and veges
