- I have always been an athlete growing up and loved playing an array of different sports. From Football to Baseball, I grew up always being a competitive person. Fitness/ Bodybuilding is a sport that is determined on the hard work that you put into it. You are your own team. You project your destiny. And you decide who wins the game. It is one of the challenging sports I've ever played.

- My first year competing was this year ('08). I competed in 4 fitness modeling shows in 8 mos. I continue to compete and learn more about BB/Fitness Modeling.
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:

- Biggest Lesson learned so far is you can never be too prepared. Always come in looking great a week or two before a competition. Leaves less room for errors.

- Started when I first joined the military. My climax weight was 256. I started reading on Nutrition sites and learning about proper food consumption techniques and witnessed amazing results. I am constantly learning new things about my body and dieting.

- I like what it has to offer to fitness modeling and plan on doing a fitness show soon.
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
