- yea no problem..i need all the inspiration i can get...i am not just starting out, but I am in the process of losing weight and gaining lean muscle mass, I love how I look now that I'm leaning out...i just have to stay focused on my goals and even when it gets tough i am tryin to push through...my goal is to look like a fitness model by the summer of 2010!!! so I have some work to do lol.....thats cool you're from Kenya...im from New York, USA....i saw that you use some unique workout equipment..its really the first equipment there was..just using nature and things around us....well im open for any advice you may have on how to stay focused and stay fit...
