- Let's see.....I had always been active since age 6 starting with basketball. By high school I was playing on 3 diffrent basketball teams and 2 soccer leagues as well as track. I played 3 years of b-ball for Dawson college. After college I gained about 16 pounds and let it stay on for about 10 years. I looked awful. It wasn't until I saw myself in pictures in 95 from my sister's wedding....I looked like Oprah back in the day. Since that day, I never looked back....joined a gym and took the weight off slowly. Which brings me to present day and Body Proud. I believe in eating clean and training hard and surrounding yourself with people who have the same beliefs. This is crucial.

- Fame East 2009 1st place in Figure/Physique Masters and Open.
Fame Worlds 2009 1st place Figure/Physique Masters and Muscle Model Master. 2nd place Figure/Physique Advanced. 3rd place Muscle Model Open.
