- I am Velvet and I have always loved the world of fitness. My wonderful husband since 98 is Rich and my beautiful daughter born in 2006 is Simone. I have never competed before but have started training for an upcoming show. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 97 and currently working on a BS in Sports and Health Science (concentration Exercise Science). My plan is to immediately get into an MS Exercise Science program after that. I am currently working on my fitness video blog so stay tune!!!!

- You are definitely what you eat, believe or even speak. I have learned that you not only have to watch what you put in your mouth but also what comes out of it. Your words are so powerful and really do shape your entire existence. I practice positve affirmations on a daily basis and speak what I am expecting for my life and child's life out loud in a positive manner daily.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- My most proud moment is my family and daughter. My daughter is my biggest accomplishment. Far bigger than anything I have ever or will ever experienced in my career. I have had great success in real estate and know that I will also in fitness but my baby is the greatest of all.

- I wish my sister was as forgiving as you. My sister has a college degree, but with the mentality of a child. She is very childish in several ways. She claims to be a born again Christian, but she does not walk the walk, or talk the talk. I suppose she never really grew up. I hope the real estate market improves in 2010. Tomorrow is September 1, I cannot believe how quickly the year has gone by. Stay in touch.
