I decided that before I would sign up for a competition, I wanted to attend one as a spectator and see if its something for me. I know I will definitely have some butterflies on stage, but it looks like such a blast. And what a great goal to work towards. - I would have to say that "my story" is still in the making. I've always been athletic and enjoyed exercising. Growing up I was always doing something active, whether it was dance, gymnastics, swimming or just running around. I've always had energy to burn.
- My Facts 'n Stats:
- I am a new Mom to a 7 month old Daughter. I find myself in the gym 4-5 times a week for my "me" time. It gives me energy to keep up with my daughter and get through the day.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Increase My Confidence, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique

- Taking small steps is the way to go. My first goal is to attend a fitness competition. My goal is to compete. I train 4-5 times a week, "pretending" that I am training for a competition.

Well here we go!! I'm so excited to find this site. Seems like a great source for the information I've been seeking. I'm going to spend sometime surfing around, once I get the jist of things I'll start to upload photos and fill in more information. Off we go! ;)
