- There's not much to say about myself except that I'm not normal..LOL
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- To get back in a size 5 and define my muscle definition. To become physically fit as a lifestyle change!
- Please Help ME with:
- I used to weigh 186 lbs., wearing a size 16 from high school until last year (turned 37). My weight loss started with depression which is not a healthy means to lose weight of course. However, after losing 20 lbs. and too depressed to notice until someone mentioned it to me, I realized that I liked what I saw and decided to pursue more weight loss and muscle toning. My motivation stems from being overweight my entire life.

- I was inspired by all the hard bodies!
