My Plug:: I build elevators right now, but also have a nursing degree

My BodyPROUD Story: Anything outdoors, training to better my phisyque, overall health and well being.

My Facts 'n Stats:: Hey all, new here to Body Proud, training with Dave Avery and going attend the Ontario show in march. Never Done a show or thought of competing before, so any tips could always be used. Cheers

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: Hearing others success stories about training is always a motivation for me. My motivation comes from my wonderful lady whom incouraged me to train for a show, and all of the support from team Avery, Body by Design.

To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:: To compete in the Ontario show in march. First time for me, so tips and encouragement is welcome :)

Life Advice that Helped Me:: my advice would be, to follow what you believe you can do and dont give up. DREAM ACHIEVE BELIEVE... Past that quote all over your living quarters and belive in it.

How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:: Anything is possible with hard work and determination, if you want to achieve you goals.

Please Help ME with:: Moved to Vancouver in 1999, began walking and jogging on a daily basis, and went from a 36 waist to a 32. After seeing this result, i stopped eating fast food (a decade now) and began training. Now on to the next step, wish me luck...Have been training now for 14 weeks with Dave and the team, and the transformation continues... Every difference i see in my body gives me the insentive to drive forward and aim higher

My Dietary &/or Training Routine:: I want to push my body to the fullest, and see what it is capable of doing
