I am 5'8, 180lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, and olive skin tone. I am Vietnamese/American, the first in my entire family to be born in the U.S. All you Asians out there with traditional parents, I feel ya. I am a graduate of UH with degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology. As for my sign, I am a Capricorn, but as for my year, I was born in the year of the monkey. I work about 6 days a week, but I love my job as a nutritionist and personal trainer. If you think I am just an average trainer, here are some of my clients that have already made some changes. I, Tuan Minh Cao Tran, am an alumnus of the University of Houston, holding two B.S. degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology. In addition to my degrees, I have also been certified through the NASM "National Academy of Sports Medicine", and ACE "America's Council on Exercise". I have been Training dozens of individuals since 2000 As for my personal experience,
I hope to grow and become one of the best All Natural Pro Competitors in the Nation. Also, to train clients to be on par with myself or even go beyond myself whether it be bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness model, marathons, etc...
