- I, Tuan Minh Cao Tran, am an alumnus of the University of Houston, holding two B.S. degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology. In addition to my degrees, I have also been certified through the NASM "National Academy of Sports Medicine", and ACE "America's Council on Exercise". I have been Training dozens of individuals since 2000 As for my personal experience,
I hope to grow and become one of the best All Natural Pro Competitors in the Nation. Also, to train clients to be on par with myself or even go beyond myself whether it be bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness model, marathons, etc...

- I am 5'8, 180lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, and olive skin tone. I am Vietnamese/American, the first in my entire family to be born in the U.S. All you Asians out there with traditional parents, I feel ya. I am a graduate of UH with degrees in Nutrition and Kinesiology. As for my sign, I am a Capricorn, but as for my year, I was born in the year of the monkey. I work about 6 days a week, but I love my job as a nutritionist and personal trainer. If you think I am just an average trainer, here are some of my clients that have already made some changes. I ALSO APPLY WHAT I PREACH TO MYSELF!!! - I am also a native Houstonian. I live near the Gulfgate area. You have an excellent physique. Are you drug free? I know that most people who compete take steroids or human growth hormone. I had a friend who took HGH and he was as big as a house and very strong. I saw him do 12 reps in the squat with 600 pounds.
I am drug free, and if you have ever been drug free, it is a lot tougher to make progress. Currently I am in the process of reducing my calories in order to drop 40 pounds. I am slimming down and building up. I have also changed my training routine. I no longer do heavy squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. However I still do the three power moves, but with lower weight and more reps. I follow a bodybuilding style training routine.
