- I have designed diet meal plans and also I have become a personal trainer so I inspire others that they can too have amazing results!

- you have to stay hungry and not give up ! always keep setting new goals for yourself and once you get past these challenges you will look back and be so proud of yourself how strong you really are inside and out !

- you never know too much! You have to keep learning more and more everyday this is what keeps you going !

- I am very proud of my body not just inside but out! I think I have inspired many people because at the age of 43 I am in my greatest shape ever! Not many people my age have acheived the goals they want because of too busy or being lazy but I am proof if you put your mind to it , you can do anything! You have to believe you can do it !
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- when I won in my first competion teenage NJ
- My Hero / Role Model / Trainer / Sponsor / Coach / Guru... and Why
