- i live in jax, florida. i like to have alot of fun and hang out with my friends and meet lots of new people. i just recently started to venture out pass my confort zone and now this is no limits.
- My bodyPROUD Intentions:
- Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Be an Inspiration to Others, Get Discovered - TV, Sponsorship, Gain Exposure
- To Become BodyPROUD, I commit to do the Following:
- i would like to be able to compete in some muscle model contests,and maybe even get my pro card.
- Life Advice that Helped Me:
- have fun and dont rush results. the fitness industry is about being healthy, you can be healthy looking but that doesnt mean that you are healthy. so do your self a favore and do it the right way.
- How I Boosted my Confidence and/or Added Joy and/or Health into my Life:
- my biggest leason learned is to not rush results. i wanted to become a bodybuilder so bad that i went alittle over board. i didnt take anything illegal but i still went over board and ended up getting to my highest bf% ever. and i felt horrible all the time.
- My Dietary &/or Training Routine:
- I am currently on a carb cycle diet 3-1-1-1. It's 3 carb meal the 1st day, And 1 carb meal the other 3 days. it works great and I have been holding onto most if not all my muscle. No fats and just bout 60gr of protien per meal. 6 meals a day
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- as of right now, i have lost 23lb in 2.5 weeks and and its still coming off, and im doing it the healthy way.

- Personal Trainer &/or Fitness Professional, Model
- I learned about bodyPROUD.org from:
- from bodybuilding.com. someone from here posted it on the forums there and i just decided to check it out.
