Well, I moved out to TX...booooo...so I'm missing Germany very much and just competed in the TX Fit Model and did terrible. So, I'm rethinking my strategy and trying to build more muscle mass. It's a tough biz!!

- I am originally from Poplar Bluff, Mo but now I reside in Harker Height, Tx. I have been in the Army for 15 yrs and have traveled all over the world, I am currently stationed in Germany. When I was deployed to Iraq in 07, it was suggested to me that I compete in the Bodybuilding Competition, which at the time was less than 2 months away. I gave it a shot and figured it would be fun, and yes I had a blast. Now after two yrs later here I am learning something each and every day and sharing my expertise, and experience to my Soldiers and anyone who has any questions of me. I feel good knowing I had a part in helping another individual feel more confident about themselves.

- Decide on a Goal you would love to achieve and if you are not satisfied with the results, do not give up, because that is the easy way out. You train harder and stay focused on the task at hand, and you will wake up every morning feeling more and more confident about yourself.
