Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: My ultimate goal is to lose fat, and build muscle so I can compete. Not only for that reason , but just to be healthier overall, and feel better about my body. Practically all my life I've always wanted to be in shape and I had everything I needed to accomplish my goals but I was just to lazy to do it. In my life when things get to difficult I tend to run away from the problem instead for facing it head on. But there comes a time in your life were you have to get up off your butt ,be a man , and do what you need to in order to accomplish your goals. I know that the road ahead will be hard but I have to keep pushing on in order to do what needs to be done.

My bodyPROUD Intentions:: Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Keep Me Young, Feel Better about Myself, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique, Attain Proper Symmetry, Be an Inspiration to Others, Gain Exposure, Become an Athlete
