Single mother, I am a Chef. like many woman I have not taken care of myself my weight goes up and down mostly up this past year. I am taking time for me now.
My bodyPROUD Goals:
December 23 I want to see some weight loss by 12/7/09 then give myself 1 year to enter some type of fitness contest
My bodyPROUD Intentions:
Increase My Confidence, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Sculpt My Physique

Well I did it met with a trainer had a great workout the first one after 3 years, its hard to start over but its going to be worth it in the long run.

Hi Guys I have made it into the Gym, the old feeling is coming back and I have said Good Bye to my old Friend Coca Cola.... I do still have to work through what my girlfriends call " the mind fuxxxxx he did to you" and mahybe that is true, I have totally droped out of the dating game, dont want to feel hurt anymore.... baby steps and I think I can come back.... please pray for me..... I truly want to be body proud again

You do this while maintaining a balanced daily nutrition plan consisting of 50-60% carbs, 25% good fats, and 15-25% protein. Read nutrition labels and journal your food every day.
I can show you a site that will give you meal plans and shopping lists to make it easy.

The key component here is a proper balanced nutrition plan. How are you doing with that?

But YES, it CAN be done, and most transformations can be done in 6 months! Seriously... once you get the ball rolling, and stick to the plan it's amazing how much you can accomplish in a short period of time!

My advice to you right now: take BEFORE pictures (no matter how embarrased you are of them now) because they will be a GREAT DEAL of motivation once you start transforming your body! Also, have someone take your measurements, they too become very motivating once they start to shrink!

I wish you the BEST on your quest to being the healthiest YOU you can be! Enjoy the ride! It sure has been a life changing experience for me! (No going back!)
