My Plug:: I'm a Beachbody Coach, Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle Instructor. I love nothing more than to find a healthy and fun way for others to get back into the shape they've always dreamed of. I've been given the greatest joy by helping others get back into their "skinny jeans" or get back to the size they were in high school. Some of those successes, have thanked me in helping them get off a variety of medications they felt they needed to survive in this world. I want people to know they don't have to become a slave to their pharmacy....proper diet and exercise can answer a lot of questions.

My BodyPROUD Story: Hi, I'm Taryn and I'm a proud mother of 2 beautiful children. I'm married to a wonderful man that has been an enormous support in every facet of my life and what I want to achieve. I've always been a very active person and enjoy setting new challenges and better my well being, in the hopes I can do the same to those around me.

After having my second baby, I've committed myself to take part in Team Beachbody to empower my inner being to be as healthy as I can be for my family and their future. Enter P90X. This program ROCKED my world and I loved every minute of it. So much so, got through 3 rounds and have since enjoyed ChaLEAN Extreme®, Insanity™ and many others. Thanks to these amazing programs, I’ve recently completed my 1st marathon (Seattle Rock N’ Roll; 4 hrs 1 min), 1st ½ marathon (1:43 time) and gearing up for my 2nd marathon on October 4th, 2009. I have developed such a huge passion for fitness and well being, thanks to Beachbody, that I recently became certified in teaching Turbo Kick™ and Hip Hop Hustle™. I wanted to reach as many people as I can, through proper health, fitness and FUN!! I am here to not only to continue on my transformation and continue to improve my health, but also to be your COACH and MENTOR to help you achieve whatever goals you set.

Growing up, I was an avid gymnast and high school athlete. Although working my way through college (Go COUGS!!), I of course became victim to the Freshman 15, 20 and so on - sound familiar? After college, I had thought I made a concerted effort to drop the weight and get healthy. As I did my best, I then started my career, married my best friend and had 2 wonderful children. So needless to say, finding time to continue my workout regime (which often got boring and monotonous), quickly became “one more thing to do” or a laundry list of other excuses. Then, by way of a dear high school friend, I was introduced to Team Beachbody and I am thrilled to say with the outpouring of support from my Coach and the Team Beachbody community, I am well on my way to achieving my fitness goals, healthy living and succeeding financially. What an inspiration for not only me, but I do hope others as well.

Let us transform ourselves together as I’m prepared to help customize the perfect path for you to be successful. Maintaining our health is the foundation to a long and joyful existence, and I would like to offer myself to be your motivator to help guide you to your goals.

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: That a fit and healthy lifestyle is contagious. Others WANT to be fit and healthy and feed from the energy of those around them that exude that lifestyle. My goal is to reach out to others and help them recognize that living a fit and healthy lifestyle is FUN and rewarding. Getting the family involved will just further the bond as a unit.

My Transformation Triumphs!: My proudest moments of all time are giving birth to my 2 beautiful children. To know that I was able to give life to two exceptional human beings, is beyond my wildest dream. I'm honored to be their mother.

Next on the list, completing my first marathon in 4 hours. Not always a runner, but trained with an exceptional program, P90X, to accellerate my results and build my endurance. I couldn't be more proud as I cross that finish line.
