- My BodyPROUD Story
- I'm the proud mom of a little boy. He's my inspiration. I love having the energy to keep up with him. He's my training partner, talking to me seated in the backpack while we hiked & snowshoed together.
On the rare occasion I love to go horseback riding.
I started weight training back in the days when I was a zookeeper. Working mostly with men, I wanted to keep up with the physical demands of the job. I've been hooked ever since.
As active as I was quite ill. At my worst every morning I'd have to hang on to the side of the bed because I'd almost blackout from my dizzy spells. Frustrated that the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me I decided to compete in FAME. I figured if I set a goal & really focused on my health I wouldn't have to life the rest of my life feeling that way. I met some amazing people who helped change my life.

Born in Honduras, I was adopted & lived in Quebec most of my life. Moving to Vancouver really sparked my intrest in outdoor activities.
I work in the movie industry & am a certified dog trainer.

- I love to perform & if I inspire others it's a great bonus!
Working out with my son & teaching him about healthy lifestyle choices motivates me.
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- I recently place 3rd in Swimsuit & 4th in Fitness Model @ the Canadian Nationals, yay!

Currently going through a divorce, training has helped keep my stressful moments under control & if any thing has motivated me to push harder & keep healthy for myself & my son.
