- I have been to hell and back, i sustained alot of injuries over a period of time... and am here to let anyone who has had difficulties in their life, their family, or relationship know, that despite the odds.... we do have what it takes to change... to defy the odds, and concore all.... we just need to look within ourselves, find the good in our ME, listen to your heart, and realize you owe urself the best you can be!!! I feel amazing, and at 39...feel younger than i ever did in my 20's.... its never to late to make a differenece in our lives, or someone else's... life is for living, lets do it right ...HEALTH, and FITNESS........

- I believe our minds have the ability to sustain us through almost anything.... we can heal through positve outlook, having good role models, and great friends and family... I am a prime example... i have defied the odds... there are no limits...only we stand in the way of us!!!
- My Transformation Triumphs!
- In Aug 2004... wrote a 500 word essay on why i thought i could make a difference... i won a 6 wk workout with Vic Richards.... but never got to go.... but knowing i wrote something of such impact... makes all the difference....

- Increase My Confidence, Improve my Health, Increase My Strength, Become a Role Model to My Children & Family, Compete in Physique Showcase Events, Be an Inspiration to Others, Gain Exposure

- never say you can't, always believe you can.... see it, believe it, and you will achieve it....

- How to get better results on my legs... in the calves, and upper thighs... i have weak ankles....
- Expressing Gratitude is a Key Ingredient to a Happy Life. I Am Grateful for:
- My kids...who have always been there, even in my toughest times.... and they never gave up on me.... they believed in me... i thx god everyday to be blessed with my life, my health and the unconditional love of my kids...that has seen me through !!!
