Profile Information

My Plug:: I build gyms & family fitness facilities with an amazing line of equipment featuring ... "HardKore" strength training & fitness equipment & "Brendle" climbing systems, cardio equipment , tanning beds & more......!
I launched our new Rock Hard FItness To Go product line on the 4th of July & that has taken off & I now have products in the UK! Yeah !!!
I am able to do what I love... & so I am blessed to be able to help others become healthier & happier through diet , nutrition & exercise .... I help people become the best the can be.... & I love it!!!

My BodyPROUD Story: I have been self employed for most of the last 20+ years I have also been a single mom of over 16 years & my boys are not just my partners in business they are my life!!!
I built Rock Hard Fitness with climbing walls etc... to make it a family fitness facility where mom, dad & the kids could come & have family fun!
We for the last few years have been working on a program to fight childhood obesity called "Shape up American Families" ! I know that we can change the future for our children if we start now!

My Facts 'n Stats:: Tami DIxon Owns & opperates Rock Hard Fitness http://rockhardfitness.net with my boys who are 18 & 15 & amazing business partners. On top of owning our gyms I also design & build gyms for others.
This year we were able to build a gym for the American Gladiators & Hulk Hogan's new wrestling show.
In July of this year we launched our new Rock Hard Fitness To Go... line of fitness products on Venice Beach. It was very successful & we now are selling internationally as well.

My bodyPROUD Goals:: My claim to "FAME" is 1st being the Mom of my two amazing young men Zak (18) & Dustin (15).!!!
#2. I built an amazing gym for "NBC"'s hit show "American Gladiators" !!! After that Terry asked if I could build one for him for "CMT"'s Hulk Hogans Celeberty Wrestling!!! I built a gym for his set that will be used for about 10 to 15 minutes of each episode or each segment. You can check it out starting Oct. 18th on CMT & also please go to my site at http://www.rockhardfitness.net then you can go through the products & see some of the gyms I have built , Gladiators, "Hulk Hogan" & more!!!
#3. Launch of our new product line Rock Hard Fitness To Go... on Venice "Muscle Beach" with great sucess & also I competed in my first comp in the Figure & took 2nd place so that was pretty cool so I did go back On Labor Day & took 2nd (35-45) & 3rd (45 & up) so that was fun & we sold alot of our Fitness to go products!!!

My AHA Life Defining Moments:: After 2nd on Venice "Muscle Beach" on 4th of July I did go back on Labor Day & yes had a great booth & I competed again & again took 2nd & 3rd in a nother group. I again was shocked to do so well & I will be competing more!

My Transformation Triumphs!: Press Relese: Rock Hard FItness has launched our new line of Rock Hard Fitness To Go... Product line. All of our Fitness to go ... products can be used anytime, anyplace.

Please Help ME with:: I am a 45 years young & my boys have told me for years that I should compete so this year on Muscle Beach I was launching my Rock Hard Fitness to go product line & Joe told me that if I competed he would give me a sweet deal on both a booth & entry for the comp. I did great both at my booth & I took 2nd place in the comp. & so for my first time out I was thrilled!!
