I started training off and on again 2 years ago but got really hard and heavy into it last year. I had a goal to reach and I did it by entering my first competition! I'm looking forward to tweaking and refining strategies to get the best body I can with the goods I've got!

you have to do a lot of cardio, and about 3 days to the show you need to carb up. Send me an e-mail and I can give you a decent meal plan and workout plan. Where is your show at?
