Profile Information

My BodyPROUD Story: Early 2007 i had multiple red flags with my health: High blood pressure, High Cholestrol, Chest pains and two trips to emergency. Scared? you bet. Late 50s with family history of heart attacks. Wasn't necessarily overweight but disproportioned. Fat tummy, skinny legs. Started fitness program in the spring of 2007. Have lost 7 inches around the waist. Current program is 4 days of weights/cardio. Very intense. Will be 60 next year and am track for my goals.

My Facts 'n Stats:: 5 ft 9 inches-187 lbs.
